The Brooklyn Art Showcase at The Hibachi Tiki Hut Restaurant and Lounge is a bi-weekly art exhibition curated by ChangoBi.
The concept is simple: Tiki Hut provides wall space, ChangoBi finds artists to fill it and for one night all the artists come together for an opening reception to view the work and support the establishment. At each opening reception we will also have one featured poet who will perform a poetic reflection inspired by an art piece on the wall.
Our first showcase is this Friday, February 12th and it will feature 7 prints by ChangoBi which are being shown in NYC for the last time this year. After this showing the prints will be sent on a national tour to cities including Los Angeles and Miami.
